6/4/2012: "The Summer Wind" Art Exhibit - This will be a solo exhibition in the main room of Three Rivers Gallery featuring a distinct collection of Valerie's Paintings. The opening will be June 16th from 6-9pm at Three Rivers Gallery (333 East Boston Street, Covington, LA 70433, 985-892-2811). The exhibit will run through July 14th.

12/22/2011: There was an article published in the Times Picayune today featuring Valerie and Suzanne King. The article was about "Women painting women", and the print edition had Suzanne's painting titled "Etude Nude" (also in online version) and Valerie's painting titled "Loved". 12/12/2011: Three Rivers Gallery is having it's first Open House on December 16th from 5-9pm. There will be wine and light refreshments along with great art! Three Rivers Gallery is located in Downtown Covington, Louisiana (333 East Boston Street, Covington, LA 70433).

Five of Valerie's paintings have been selected for the first annual "Night of a Hundred Angels" exhibit in Laguna Beach California. The event is being hosted by Whelan Galleries and The Cottage Gallery. 8/20/2011 - 9/20/2011.
